Warranty conditions
All products made by Bastimec have a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects, counting from the date of shipment. The Bastimec company grants to the products of its manufacture a guarantee stipulated in accordance with the directive 1999/44 CE European Parliament May 25, 1999. This guarantee will be void when:- There is evidence of manipulation of the product without the perceptual authorization of the manufacturer.
- If the anomaly lies in abnormal wear, due to working conditions.
- If the manufacturer's measures and provisions have not been adopted for its assembly.

The products described in this catalogue are intended to be incorporated into machines, to which the EEC directive 98/37 / EC (Machinery Directive) and subsequent amendments apply.
